We offer all sizes of vans small, medium and large, box vans and Camper van hire

Yes, we offer spot hire on a daily basis up to 6 months
What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours are 9-5 Mon to Saturday, we also offer an out-of-hours service for evenings and weekends.

How do I book a vehicle?
Via the website or in person at the depot.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 48 hours in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be taken via our secure online payment option, or in the office on collection. Card payment, bank transfer and standing order for long-term rental.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, the amount varies depending on the vehicle.
When will I receive my deposit back?
On successful return of the vehicle.

Driver Requirements
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
25 Years of age
Do I need a specific type of driving licence?
Full driving licence for at least 1 year
Can I rent a vehicle with an international driving licence?
Yes with a corresponding driving certificate
Can I add an additional driver?
As long as they have a driving licence
Are there any restrictions on who can drive the vehicle?

What insurance is included with my rental?
We offer insurance, fully comprehensive insurance + breakdown cover
Do I need to purchase additional insurance?

Driving licence and proof of address dated within the last 60 days
Can someone else collect the vehicle on my behalf?

Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel?
Yes we hand over our vehicles with a full tank
Can I return the vehicle outside of business hours?
Yes, dependent on the time
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
There will be pro-rata charges
Usage Restrictions
Are there any mileage limits on rentals?
50 miles per day
Can I take the vehicle outside the UK?
No
Can I use the vehicle for business purposes or deliveries?
Yes except for courier drivers
Can I tow a trailer or caravan with the rental vehicle?
If the vehicle is fitted with a tow bar
Can I smoke or carry pets in the vehicle?
Smoking is forbidden, pets that are kept in a cage would be allowed

Do you offer one-way rentals?
No
Can I have the vehicle delivered and collected?
No
Do you provide child seats or GPS devices?
If the vehicle is fitted with GPS. We do not supply car seats.
Do you offer corporate or business rental packages?

Who is responsible for parking fines or speeding tickets?
The hiree is responsible for all parking fines and speeding tickets
What happens if I return the vehicle dirty?
If the vehicle is returned with surface dirt, no charge, if the vehicle requires a full valet the costs will be charged.
What do I do if I lose the keys?
You will be charged for a replacement key
Are there penalties for excessive mileage?
Yes charges apply at a pence per mile basis
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, rentals can be extended, in some circumstances a like-for-like vehicle may be supplied.
